Ben Lovett Of Mumford And Sons Scheduled To DJ Portland ME After Party
For those of you who have already snagged tickets to the Mumford and Sons show at Portland’s Eastern Promenade, make sure you stop by the Space Gallery's website as well and get your tickets to the super-hip after party DJ'd by none other than Mumford and Sons Ben Lovett (as well as a few other unnamed "special guests"). Tickets are $5 and it is definitely an 18+ show. Doors open at 8 pm and space may be limited.
If the Space Gallery isn't exactly your cup of tea, make sure you check out a few of the other official after parties as well, including:
- The Big Easy, 55 Market St., Portland, featuring “Stopover” emcee Reggie Watts and local reggae band Royal Hammer
- Empire Dine and Dance, 575 Congress St., Portland, with Massachusetts band Miss Fairchild (funk). $5.
- Port City Music Hall, 504 Congress St., featuring Aaron Embry and Tan Vampires. $10 to $20.
- State Theatre, 609 Congress St., Portland, featuring Dropkick Murphys and The Parkington Sisters, at 10:30 p.m. $20 in advance, $25 day of the show.
